Payment Method for New Collaborations and or Partnerships

with B Brent Atwater- Age with Style

 

Amount of Contract:   ex: $ 2,800.00 USD

Phase 1: 50% Non Refundable Deposit     ex:   $ 1, 400.00  USD
 paid before Content creation begins.

Phase 2: 25% Draft Review                           ex:   $   700.00   USD
  Paid upon sending initial draft for approval.
 

Phase 3: 25% Final Release                          ex:   $  700.00  USD
  Paid before sending publishing or sending high res files.

Terms:
Net 30 days for remaining balance for previous clients
 

Late Charge:

A 1.5% monthly Late Charge will be charged for invoices past the agreed deadline.

 

Kill Fees and Retained Rights:
*** If the project is canceled B Brent Atwater retains 100% of the intellectual property and usage rights. The client may not use my concept drafts or incomplete files.

1. 25% of total fee if the client cancels after signing, but before work has begun.
2. 50% pf total fee if client reverses direction midway in the development stage of confirming creative video details.

3. 100% if cancellation happens during the final revisions or after completion when the work is fully done, regardless of whether they choose to use or publish the project.
